I am an Australian audiologist with 30 years of intensive clinical experience in tinnitus, hyperacusis and misophonia; and 23 years with acoustic shock and tensor tympani syndrome (TTS).
My aim is to promote a clinically authentic perspective of these disorders. My perspectives are based on analysis of lived experience, research, insights and successful treatment outcomes. Each of my patients has contributed to my understanding of underlying mechanisms.

My clinic has been known for treating severely affected patients who have consulted me online from around the world. Their experiences and their suffering have driven me to develop and research innovative, personalised and effective treatment, working within a multidisciplinary team.
I welcome collaboration with clinicians seeking guidance and researchers seeking a clinical perspective.
I am available as a consultant to provide online masterclasses, case study discussions and mentorship.
I provide conference presentations, lectures, training, webinars, articles and media interviews.
My research into hyperacusis, acoustic shock and TTS is ongoing.
I have now retired from clinical practice and am no longer seeing patients. The therapy programs I developed remain available at DWM Audiology.
